In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to return goods within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Under sections 55 and 56 of the CPA, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund for defective goods within 6 months of purchase. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days via EFT to the bank account you provide. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the original delivery fee will be refunded in full. For change-of-mind returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
