By accessing and using the Imvula Mandla Group website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. About Us

Imvula Mandla Group is a private estate marketplace and supply platform operating in the Cape Town area, South Africa. We supply practical home essentials and everyday products curated for modern estate living.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
• Payment is via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Banking details are provided in your invoice.
• Your order reference must be used as the payment reference.
• Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
• Proof of payment must be sent to orders@imvulamandla.co.za or via WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within the Cape Town metropolitan area and surrounding estates.
• Delivery fees vary by location. Free delivery applies to Huntsman Estate and orders over R500.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Please review that policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and layout — is the property of Imvula Mandla Group or its licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

• Imvula Mandla Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

10. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to void orders where promo codes have been abused.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.

12. Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
